Q. What version of ITIL are your practice questions for?
A. Currently we provide support for ITIL Version 2 Certification preparation. ITIL Version 3 material is in development.
Q. I keep getting an error like "Invalid MOP" when paying at 2checkout.com
A. If you are paying with American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB you need to make sure you are paying in $US. Apparently only Visa and Mastercard can handle non-$US payments. Unfortunately 2checkout.com do not make this clear.
Q. After the registration process/payment, are there any other costs, eg. for practice tests?
A. Definitely not. There is just the one registration fee that gives you full access to the whole website.
Q. When trying to pay I receive an Error 500 page
A. Once you have been redirected to 2checkout.com for secure payment, do not use the Back button. Continue forward through the payment until you are redirected back to ITSMexams.com. If you have already received an Error 500, you may need to register with another username.
Q. Do you offer discounted rates for Corporate Registrations
A. Yes, the level of discount will depend on the number of registrations and your account requirements (e.g. duration etc). Alternative payment methods are possible for our Corporate registrations. If you would like to know more contact us at corporate@ITSMexams.com
Q. How is the ITIL Foundation Exam marked?
A. The ITIL Foundation exam comprises of 40 multiple choice questions to be completed within 60 minutes. To pass you are required to acheive at least a mark of 26/40 (ie. 65%). Our practice Exams provide a similar timed experience to that you will encounter in your Foundation Exam.
Q. Do you only supply test preps or do you also conduct ITIL exams?
A. ITSMexams.com supplies you with the means to prepare yourself for sitting the ITIL Foundation Certification Exam. We do not conduct the ITIL Foundation Exam ourselves. This exam can be taken at any of the Prometric testing centres worldwide.
Q. What Books do you recommend that I read to help prepare myself for the ITIL Foundation Exam
A. The ITIL Foundation Exam is based on the Service Support & Service Delivery books produced by the OGC. These are the reference books & therefore the best, however they are currently priced at £65 each which places them outside the budget of most people. What's more if you will continue on with the Managers Certificate you will most likely receive these books from your training provider. For those on a limited budget we recommend the following "Dictionary of IT Service Management: Terms" and the "Pocket Guide to IT Service Management". Both books are produced by the itSMF and are great little reference books. All available for purchase online at the TSO Bookshop or Amazon.
Q. Do you sell the ITIL books?
A. No, but these can be purchased online at the TSO Bookshop or Amazon for example.
Q. How close are your questions to the real ITIL Foundation Exam questions?
A. You will find that our questions are pitched a little harder than those you'll face in the ITIL Foundation Exam. Our questions & answers are purposely designed to build and ensure thorough understanding of the ITIL Foundation topics.
Q. Do you provide ITIL training courses onsite?
A. Currently we only offer ITIL Foundation Exam preparation online.
Q. Is the ITIL Foundation Certificate a prerequisite to the ITL Managers or Practitioners Certificate?
A. Yes, you first need to pass the ITIL Foundation Exam before you can proceed to the ITIL Managers or Practitioners Certificate.

Q. How long does the registration last for?
A. 60 days.
Q. I keep getting Error 500 when trying to use itsmexams.com
A. There are two common possibilities. One is that your web browser doesn't allow session cookies - check this. The other, more likely possibility, is that you have tried to bookmark our website after the login page - you can't do this because the session you are granted each time expires after a few hours.
